Our GINJER® ginger cubes (originally from the French “PÂTE DE GUIMAUVE” or medical marshmallow) are made from purely plant-based, certified organic gum arabic from the African Acacia Senegal tree. In the GINJER® ginger cubes, the gum arabic harmonizes particularly well with the sensory profile of the added ginger extract.
