The liquid spray – peaceful night contains the original N°39® remedy formula by Edward Bach complemented by the original White Chestnut essence. Its affirmation reads: Leave behind the thoughts going in circles incessantly and find a clear and structured mind.
In the evenings, spray two to three times directly onto the tongue.
